Quick verdict
Georganics is best for eco-conscious consumers seeking genuinely natural, zero-waste oral care products with industry-leading sustainability credentials. The brand stands out with one of the most impressive certification stacks in the sustainable products space, a B Corp score of 99.4, COSMOS Natural, Leaping Bunny, Vegan Trademark, Living Wage Employer, and 1% for the Planet. The main caveat is a concerning Trustpilot rating of 2.6/5 from 708 reviews, with recurring complaints about customer service, fulfillment errors, and the sonic toothbrush quality.

Rating breakdown
All products use 100% natural ingredients certified COSMOS Natural by the Soil Association. Organic ingredients are used wherever possible (e.g., 41% organic in charcoal toothpaste). The brand provides full ingredient traceability, every ingredient's function, source, and origin country is listed on the website. Floss uses corn-based compostable bioplastic; toothbrush handles are FSC-certified Swiss beechwood. Even the label glue is vegan.
All products are handcrafted in Georganics' own factory in Sussex, UK, a low-risk country for labor abuse. The brand is a certified Living Wage Employer, going beyond minimum wage for all staff. B Corp score of 99.4 validates strong worker and community standards. A Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy is in place. The gap: raw materials come from global sources (diatomaceous earth from Mexico, shea butter from Senegal) where upstream conditions are harder to verify.
A zero-waste pioneer in oral care with plastic-free packaging (glass jars, aluminum lids, biodegradable kraft paper cartons, vegetable-based ink). The Zero to Landfill (ZTL) take-back scheme lets UK customers return used toothbrushes, tubes, and non-recyclable components for proper recycling. As a 1% for the Planet member, they donate 1% of sales to environmental nonprofits. Waterless toothpaste tablets reduce water waste in production and transport. The brand claims a carbon-neutral supply chain.
Full ingredient lists with function and country of origin are published on the website. Certifications are detailed on a dedicated page, and a "Meet Our Team & Factory" page is available. However, exact supplier names and factory addresses are not published, and no standalone annual impact or sustainability report exists beyond the B Corp profile.
Very competitive for certified natural oral care: 60ml mineral toothpaste ~£6.95, 120ml ~£10–12, beechwood toothbrush ~£3–5. A 120ml jar lasts ~3 months, making it cost-effective versus premium conventional toothpaste. Prices are comparable to Denttabs and cheaper than many competitors, available through multiple global retailers (Amazon, EarthHero, Planet Organic, Ecco Verde).
What they do well
- Industry-leading certification stack: B Corp (99.4), COSMOS Natural, Leaping Bunny, Vegan Trademark, Ethical Consumer Best Buy, 1% for the Planet, and Living Wage Employer: one of the most certified oral care brands globally
- Zero-waste pioneer with plastic-free packaging across all products and a Zero to Landfill take-back program for UK customers
- Full ingredient traceability with every ingredient's function, source country, and origin listed publicly: COSMOS certification covers the entire production process
- Living Wage commitment as a certified Living Wage Employer for their UK-based production team
- Comprehensive product range covering the entire oral care routine (paste, tablets, brushes, floss, mouthwash, gum, kids' range): all with consistent sustainability standards
Room for improvement
- Upstream ingredient sourcing opacity: While ingredients are sourced from UK-based suppliers, raw materials originate from global sources (Mexico, Senegal) where working conditions are harder to verify. No published audit data for upstream suppliers.
- No published impact report: Despite the strong B Corp score, no standalone annual sustainability report is publicly available, which would bolster transparency claims.
About Georganics
Georganics was founded in 2014 by Alessandro Rocchi, who was struggling with poor oral health despite using conventional products. After researching natural alternatives and formulating his own for friends and family, he was invited to supply his local Crystal Palace farmers' market in London. Charles joined as co-leader in 2017 after leaving banking, and the brand has grown into one of Europe's most trusted natural oral care brands.
All products are handcrafted in small batches at their own factory in Hooklands Farm Barns, Haywards Heath, Sussex. Key ingredients include calcium carbonate, kaolin clay, organic coconut oil, organic shea butter, essential oils, and xylitol, all 100% natural, free from SLS, glycerin, artificial preservatives, and colorants. Fluoride-free options are the default, though fluoride options are now available.
The B Corp score of 99.4 is notably strong, well above the 80-point threshold and above many well-known sustainable brands. COSMOS Natural certification from the Soil Association is rigorous, evaluating sourcing, formulation, production, and packaging. The Ethical Consumer Best Buy Label means they scored highest in their product category assessment.
Packaging is entirely plastic-free: glass jars (refillable/reusable), aluminum lids, 100% biodegradable kraft paper cartons, and vegetable-based ink. The Zero to Landfill scheme allows UK customers to return components free of charge. As a 1% for the Planet member, they donate 1% of sales to environmental nonprofits. Shipping is from the UK, with products also available through global stockists. Pricing is competitive: a 120ml toothpaste jar at ~£10–12 is comparable to Truthpaste (~£10) and cheaper than many premium natural brands. The beechwood toothbrush at ~£3–5 undercuts many bamboo alternatives.
